I first met Chay-Ya’s founders, Kamal Ji and Meen ji, in 2018, and was impressed by their authenticity, dedication, and vision for community welfare. Their work in Dolpa and high mountain regions stood out for its genuine impact.

We began collaborating Chay-Ya on WASH Projects in remote areas like Mugu and Humla, where Chay-Ya demonstrated exceptional capability in delivering results despite challenging contexts and difficult terrain. Their success led to expand partnerships, including in emergency responses during COVID-19 pandemics. Chay-Ya’s ability to deliver results in marginalized communities, coupled with their team’s energy and adaptability, makes them a trusted partner for UNICEF.
